This involved conducting small group discussions with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, identifying themes that emerged, and then leading the very engaged board in a planning session that resulted in a strategic plan that is bold and yet realistic.

The Western Marquette County Health Foundation was successfully launched five years ago for the purpose of providing grant funding for health and wellness-related projects and programs. The Board and Executive Director decided that it was time to address challenges and explore new opportunities.
