Senior leaders, those at the mid-level, and individuals providing leadership without a formal position all benefit and grow when they lead with their strengths. While managing their weaknesses, they focus on improving by accentuating their strengths. 

Our strength-based leadership development program includes:

  • An opening, thought-provoking discussion on leadership that includes basic tenants of “Common Sense Leadership for Uncommon Results.”
  • A Clifton Strengths assessment for each participating individual that identifies innate strengths.
  • Individual coaching that empowers leaders to bring their strengths into their leadership roles and responsibilities.

When leaders look to grow through strength development their growth is rapid and significant because they are focused on what comes naturally to them.

Depending upon the needs of individual clients we may recommend the inclusion of the DISC assessment.
